RK PromptPilot Documentation

Everything needed to install RK PromptPilot, build reference-image workflows and keep your creative automation running.

Getting Started

What Is RK PromptPilot?

An overview of what the extension does and who it is built for.

RK PromptPilot is a browser extension that runs your own prompt list for you. Paste 200 prompts — or more — at once and let RK PromptPilot process them sequentially: click Run once, and the extension works through the whole list automatically on supported pages. 200 is only an example, not a limit.

RK PromptPilot does not write prompts for you. You already have your prompts. It handles the repetitive part: entering prompt 1, waiting for generation, downloading the result, then moving on to prompt 2, and so on until the list is finished.

  • Bulk prompt input — paste an entire list in one go
  • One click Run — no per-prompt clicking
  • Sequential execution — one prompt at a time, top to bottom
  • Automatic downloads where supported
  • Progress tracking such as 37 / 200 completed — any list length
  • Optional reference image applied to every prompt in the list

Installation

Install RK PromptPilot in a Chromium-based browser.

  1. 01Open the RK PromptPilot install link in Chrome, Edge or another Chromium browser.
  2. 02Add the extension to your browser and confirm the permission prompt.
  3. 03Pin RK PromptPilot to your toolbar so the panel is one click away.
  4. 04Reload any supported tab you already had open.

Firefox and Safari are not supported. Use a Chromium-based browser.

Browser Permissions

Why the extension asks for access and what it uses it for.

RK PromptPilot needs permission to read and interact with the supported pages you run workflows on, and permission to save files so automatic downloads can complete.

  • Site access — required to enter prompts and detect generation status
  • Downloads — required to save completed results automatically
  • Storage — required to remember your workflow settings locally

Initial Setup

First-run configuration before your first workflow.

  1. 01Open a supported AI workspace tab.
  2. 02Click the RK PromptPilot icon to open the panel.
  3. 03Choose your download folder behaviour and file-naming pattern.
  4. 04Set the delay between prompts if your workflow needs more generation time.

Extension Interface

A tour of the panel and its controls.

  • Workflow status — Active, Paused or Idle
  • Reference image slot — shows the attached base image
  • Prompt list — your queued instructions with per-item status
  • Progress — current prompt position in the queue
  • Controls — Start, Pause, Resume and Stop
  • Settings — downloads, naming and prompt timing

Prompt Workflows

Creating A Workflow

Turn a list of instructions into a repeatable run.

  1. 01Open the RK PromptPilot panel on a supported page.
  2. 02Create a new workflow and give it a name.
  3. 03Add your first prompt exactly as you would type it manually.
  4. 04Save the workflow so you can reuse it later.

Pasting All Your Prompts At Once

Paste your whole prompt list in a single step — no one-by-one entry.

Open the prompt box in the RK PromptPilot panel and paste your entire list at once. Each line is treated as one prompt in the run, and the extension moves top to bottom.

  1. 01Copy your full prompt list from your notes, doc or spreadsheet.
  2. 02Paste it into the RK PromptPilot prompt box — all prompts together.
  3. 03Confirm the loaded count, for example 200 prompts loaded — or more, there is no fixed limit.
  4. 04Click Run once to start the automated sequence.
  • One prompt per line for predictable results
  • There is no need to add prompts one at a time
  • Reorder prompts before starting, not during a run
  • Duplicate a line when you want two takes of the same idea

Starting Automation

Begin the run and watch the status update.

  1. 01Confirm the correct tab is active and logged in.
  2. 02Press Start in the RK PromptPilot panel.
  3. 03Leave the tab open while the workflow runs.

Switching tabs is usually fine, but closing the tab ends the workflow.

Pausing A Workflow

Hold the queue without losing your place.

Pause finishes the current step and then waits. Your remaining prompts stay queued so you can resume from the same position.

Stopping A Workflow

End a run and clear the active queue.

Stop ends the workflow immediately. Completed and downloaded results are kept; remaining prompts are cleared from the active run but stay in the saved workflow.

Reference Images

Attaching An Image

Give the workflow a base image to work from.

  1. 01Open the RK PromptPilot panel.
  2. 02Use the reference image slot to attach your file.
  3. 03Confirm the panel shows Reference Image Attached.
  4. 04Add the edit prompts you want applied to that image.

Using A Product Image

Best practices for e-commerce reference shots.

  • Use a sharp, well-lit shot of the product on a simple background
  • Crop tightly so the product is the clear subject
  • Avoid heavy existing edits that fight new instructions
  • Keep labels and logos readable in the source file

Image Editing Workflows

Creating Variations

One base image, many creative directions.

Write each variation as a separate instruction, then queue them together so the run produces a full set in one pass.

  • Put this product on a clean white marketplace background
  • Place the same product in a premium modern kitchen
  • Create an Instagram advertising image using the same product
  • Create a summer lifestyle version
  • Create a premium black-background campaign visual

Maintaining A Reference Image

Keep the product consistent across the whole run.

Refer to the subject explicitly in every prompt — for example "the same product" — so the platform keeps it consistent while the scene changes.

Consistency depends on the underlying platform. Review results before publishing them to a listing.

Reusing Images Across Prompts

Apply the attached image to every step of the queue.

When a reference image is attached, RK PromptPilot keeps it associated with the workflow so each queued instruction starts from the same base rather than a fresh upload.

ChatGPT

Using RK PromptPilot With ChatGPT

How the extension complements supported ChatGPT workflows.

Open your ChatGPT image workspace, attach your reference image if you are editing, then start the RK PromptPilot workflow from the panel.

Image Editing

Apply edit instructions to an existing image.

Attach the image you want changed, then queue instructions such as background changes, object removal or environment swaps.

Reference Image Workflow

Product-image variation runs inside ChatGPT.

  1. 01Attach your product image as the reference.
  2. 02Queue your scene and campaign variations.
  3. 03Start the workflow and let each result download.

Google Flow

Using RK PromptPilot With Google Flow

Streamline supported Google Flow creative workflows.

Open your Google Flow workspace, confirm the RK PromptPilot panel detects the page, then start your queued workflow.

Reference Images

Start a Flow workflow from an attached image.

Attach your base image before starting so each instruction is applied to the same subject.

E-commerce

Product Photography Workflow

From one product shot to a full creative set.

  1. 01Attach your best product photo as the reference image.
  2. 02Queue marketplace, lifestyle, ad and seasonal instructions.
  3. 03Start the workflow and review the downloaded set.

Background Changes

Swap the environment while keeping the product.

  • Change the background to a luxury kitchen
  • Make a white-background marketplace image
  • Remove distracting objects and add realistic shadows

Ad Creative Variations

Generate concepts for creative testing.

Queue several angles of the same offer — colour, framing, scene and mood — so you have a set to test rather than a single option.

Campaign Variations

Seasonal and event-based creative sets.

  • Christmas and winter gifting
  • Summer and outdoor scenes
  • Black Friday and promotional visuals
  • Valentine's Day concepts

Settings

Download Settings

Control whether and how results are saved.

Toggle Auto Download on or off, and choose whether results go to your default download folder or a workflow subfolder.

Workflow Controls

Start, pause, resume and stop behaviour.

Controls stay available while a workflow is running so you can intervene at any point without reloading the page.

Prompt Settings

Timing and retry behaviour between steps.

Increase the delay between prompts when generations are slow, and set how the workflow should behave if a step fails.
